NEW YORK CABBIES

Now is it me or do New York cabbies fucking suck!? I remember when I would get in the back of a yellow cab and they would kindly take me to where I needed to go..... NOWW they TELL me where they are taking me! I got in a cab the other day with a friend of mine and the cab driver tells us that he is going to drop us around the corner because he didn't want to drive around the block! We looked at him like WHAT?! Then he had the nerve to ask about a tip!! I wanted to five finger slap him. PPOW!! Then the next day after a night of partying Dee and I tryed to get a cab home and the driver tells us to pay him first or show him the money and not singles!! Again I was shocked. I don't know who these fucking cabbies think they are but then they wonder why they are always get robbed in the hood!! I don't know if it's because i'm Brown skin or it's just a new day and age but try that shyt again and ima hop out the door and book it!!!

O.M.G these have to be the cutest sandals since my last years pair of Marc Jacobs gladiator jellies!! I'm head over heels for the black ones and Dee is lusting over the pink ones. So I have been working at this restaurant Morimoto( 10th ave and 15th st) for some time now and have never eaten there. As a Christmas gift, all of the employees recieved these $50 gift certificates for any of Steven Starr restaurants; that includes Budakan ( 9th and 16th) Continental, Tangerine and a whole lot of other restaurants based in Philly. I really hate going to my job on my days off since I don't get much of those but I eagerly wanted to try the food so Me, Dee, and a co-worker Laura went for a tasting!

Valentine's Day

So today is Feb. 14th and honestly it's just another day for me. If I had a Valentine or was head over heels for someone then Valentine's Day would serve a purpose but because I am not, IT DOESN'T! I don't believe in Love At First Sight, being in love and prtty much anything that has to do with love. I do believe that one can care for another unconditionally through good times and bad but as for LOVE, well..... Some may call it bitterness I call it keeping it real but Valentine's Day it just another day for companies to make bank on your dumb ass, easier way for guys to get some buns and for girls to get more shyt that they don't need. Now I'm not saying that my opinion will not eventually differ but as of right now, thats DEAD!

To all of you who have that special someone " HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY'

but for the rest of us....Take your ass to work!
